These straightforward terms apply while 08:22 is being offered as a public beta. By using the beta, you agree to use it responsibly and accept that it is still evolving.

A changing beta

08:22 is pre-release software. Features may be incomplete, change, pause, or be removed, and the service may contain errors. Access and availability are not guaranteed.

Responsible use

Use 08:22 lawfully and with respect for other people. Do not use the beta to harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or harm anyone; to share unlawful content; to interfere with the service; or to seek access you are not authorized to have.

You are responsible for the information and content you choose to share and for your interactions with other people. Use care with personal or sensitive information. These terms do not claim ownership of content you submit.

Permission to use the beta

You may use the beta for personal, non-commercial evaluation while it is made available to you. The 08:22 name, website, app, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy, sell, or misuse them beyond what the law permits.

TestFlight and third-party services

The beta is distributed through Apple TestFlight. Apple's separate terms may also apply to your use of TestFlight and your Apple account. 08:22 is not responsible for services operated by third parties.

Beta limitations

Use the beta at your own discretion. It is provided for testing and evaluation and may not work as expected. To the extent the law permits, 08:22 is provided without guarantees about uninterrupted operation, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Access and updates

Access may be limited or ended to protect people or the service, respond to misuse, or conclude the beta. These terms may also be updated as 08:22 develops. The date above will change when revised terms are posted.
